SENATOR THERRIAULT  moved  to calendar CSHB  132(2nd Rls)(efd  am) -                                                        
ALCOHOL:LOCAL OPTION/DWI/LICENSING.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
There  being no  objection,  CHAIRWOMAN  PEARCE announced  that  the                                                            
motion carried.   She also noted that the bill contains  a letter of                                                            
intent from the House.                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR THERRIAULT  moved the  letter of intent  for the purpose  of                                                            
calendaring.                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRWOMAN  PEARCE announced that  without objection, the  letter of                                                            
intent will accompany the bill.
